What we collect

When you send the request form, call or text, Same Day Transmission receives the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and what you tell us about your truck. Calls may be recorded and voicemails transcribed so a request is not lost.

How we use it

To respond to your request, diagnose and quote your transmission work, schedule your truck, and follow up about the job. That is all. Same Day Transmission does not sell or rent your information, and does not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

Sending the form or texting the shop means you agree to receive calls and text messages about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Who handles it

Messages, calls and form requests are processed by the shop's communications provider, MainStreet RevOps, only to deliver this service.

How long we keep it, and your choices
